Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and processed immediately. If you can't access the app, see shwink.app/delete-account.
How do I control what's on my public Shwink Card?
When you finish a shoot you choose which stats are public, and you can keep venue and couple names private.
Do you sell my health data?
No. Health data is used only to generate your shoot stats and is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the "..." menu on any post, comment, or profile to report it, or open a user's profile to block them. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
How do I stop marketing emails?
Tap Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, or turn off Email notifications in Settings → Notifications. (Account/security emails will still be sent.)
